  Spotlight is very well set out, you can find items with ease. The staff are very helpful towards customers and are very well mannered, the reason why I didn't give it 5 stars is because when I went to use the customer restroom, it smelt quite bad like the toilet hadn't been cleaned in a week, it was a little unhygeinic. Other then that issue spotlight is a great place to get materials for sowing and an amazing place to get wall art. I was stunned by the wall art they have on display.

  It's spotlight and they sell all the usual spotlight stuff. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Good location and plenty of parking.

  High marks for customer service - They were great! Middling marks for the amount of people serving - They need more. Low marks for finding your way around. Shelves are all up to the roof so even though they had roof mounted signs it was hard to see them.

  I ordered a Christmas Wrap storage box that could only be picked up in store. I phoned the Dubbo store and spoke with Nichole and she was excellent advising that it would be no problem to post one out to me. I received the item and also a little hand written note attached to the receipt. It is not often that you receive such fantastic service these days. Fantastic experience!!!

  My friend tried to buy a bit of lace,one checkout girl was too lazy to scan it(after no price was found on it)& wouldn't offer to look it up for her. Another girl was too busy to serve her (only had 2 small boxes in front of her). One woman offered to check the price, but,after 20 mins no one had bothered to check the price, so we left empty handed. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!
