    Couldn’t be more rude than you were !
    Your staff need customer service training ..

    * walked in for an Gas hot water system
    * gave us a brochure and told us that if we have questions
    * look at their website
    Or call

    But hey we had the money to purchase ..
    And basically may as well of thrown us out the door ..
    I am horrified and I threw your brochure away on the car park !
    In a matter of the whole 45 seconds we were there !
    Left and went straight to REECEs .

    If I dealt with customers like that ....
    I wouldn’t have a job !

    Shocking service, Michelle is absolutely rude and has zero customer service. Account closed and going elsewhere. If my staff spoke to my customers like that, they wouldn't have a job!
