- Ans ANS Added December 07, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place is disgusting. The toilets are unclean and smell of urine. The people that stay there appear to have set up house and are hoarding whatever they find. Whilst it's incredibly close to the shops it is not worth your money. Many unfavourable characters coming and going. If you were to stay there make sure you lock your doors!

Huge holes in the driveways, sundry messy permanent sites , but the shower block was plain disgusting and I don't know how it passes health regulations. Pic of 2 of the showers attached ; no shower head and part of the roof/exhaust in a second alcove. I was told I would have trouble with my key but honestly minutes passed trying to get in. I was going to pic the toilet bowl but it was beyond gross!

No BBQ at present as it's being upgraded - Misty Maples Katoomba Added November 20, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆we have a self contained motor home so we have not even seen the amenities but the place was perfect for us. The manager is friendly and helpful. Our immediate neighbours appeared to be permanents and very friendly without being in your face. The location is fantastic in the heart of town and right opposite the river with lovely walks. It offers very basic facilities but is priced accordingly.
